Buyers...Before you start your home search...things to consider: 1. Are you preapproved for a mortgage? If so, what type? 2. Don't go over $5000 of your approved loan amount. 3. Who is going to be involved in the decision making? 4. Are schools important to you? 5. What features in a home can you not live without (dishwasher, walk-in closet, etc.) 6. Do you already have money set aside for earnest money, home inspection and appraisal?
