Why have a home inspection? They will check and take pictures of the roof, all systems, pipes so that you know what you're purchasing! However they are NOT responsible for moving furniture/rugs (but you can) or inspecting septic tank or foundation. There are separate inspections for that. Ask me about inspectors to use
