The USDA mortgages have been a huge help to so many people who could afford a mortgage but not come up with a down payment. The USDA has announced recently that areas of MIllbrook will no longer qualify for this mortgage. This will only affect contracts written from now on. In other words, if you are already under contract to buy a home in Millbrook with a USDA mortgage, it will go through fine. If you are looking for a home in Millbrook & need to use a USDA mortgage, certain homes will no longer qualify.
